Impressions. The biggest statement of them all. People just seem to fit into a specific category. When I look at someone, 95% of the time I can tell just what kind of person they are, right down to the type of hand writing they have. I cant tell peoples LIFE story, but I do seem to have a nack for figuring out their 'Type'. I think I mastered this skill while I was still working in Hair Salons. I got to know people on pretty intimate levels. Its amazing what someone will tell a hair stylist! .....every small detail I got to know just from them sitting in a chair.
I got to thinking. I cant be the only person in the world that can do this. Then I wondered....What is MY first Impression. How well do people know me right from day one? Ive been told many times by friends that I wasnt who they thought I was. Am I one of the ones that throws people off completely? Am I of the 5% that people just cant pin point? What is my story!?
Have you ever thought about your obituary? I know its morbid, but really, have you? Have you thought about what it would say? What would people have to say about you? What would your story be? Would it be uplifting, moving and just all around amazing? Would the people you didnt know so well wish they had known you better? Would you have made a mark in the world? Or, Would there be nothing much to say...and really, your life just...ended? This is something Ive been thinking about a lot... and it again relays back to my last blog.....
